Maybe you’re in pain. Maybe you’re looking to uplevel your athletic performance. Maybe your horse is in pain, struggling, or you want to help him uplevel his own athletic performance. That’s why you’re here. I’m here with you.
Practicing equine massage therapy since 2006, and human massage therapy since 2009, I’ve seen and treated almost every muscle dysfunction possible. It is incredibly rewarding to help both horses and people feel better. When a horse walks off more fluidly, more comfortably, more balanced than he initially presented to me, or when a person gets up off my massage table and has improved mobility, decreased pain and stress, those are the moments that drive my entire career.
In 2023 alone, I’ve pursued more continuing education than ever, and it has been transformational for myself as a therapist. With the new modalities I’ve mastered, I view, analyze, and treat the horse in a completely novel way, with results that far surpass anything I’ve ever seen before. Learning and adopting the Zenma Wellness, LLC methods has been pivotal to producing these results.
Together, we can help you and your horse feel and perform your absolute best.
Let’s do this!
Take Care,
Amy
Meet AMy.
When I’m not working, you can find me with my husband and our 3 kids. I enjoy gardening, reading, cooking, and spending time with family.
I was an avid low-level dressage rider until my heart horse (Blue, above) suffered from a diaphragmatic hernia. His condition truly brought to light for me the importance of the lungs, ribs, diaphragm, and visceral fascia, and only made me a better therapist.
For years, I’ve been formulating and designing grooming products; I hope to mass-produce and distribute them someday.
